This remodeling project included converting an attic space into a living space. We added dormers to enhance the architectural quality of the interior. Some challenges that we faced included: very limited headroom in the attic, providing structural support for the 2nd story, designing an aesthetically pleasing and functional staircase to the new living space, and making the bathroom design & plumbing work in the limited joist space.
