This Exterior Remodel involved adding a patio cover to the back of the home. We tried very hard to match the architectural style of the existing structure to the new  patio cover.

Some challenges we faced included: Keeping the roof line below the existing skylight, providing new lateral bracing without relying on the existing structure, Carefully installing new foundations under the existing exposed aggregate patio, and leaving the already beautifully landscaped yard untouched.
