The First Time You Call Our Office
The first time you call our office you will speak with Tammie, our Office Specialist.  Tammie will listen to your needs and answer any questions that you may have.  If you wish, Tammie will schedule a visit for our Architect or Interior Designer to meet with you in your home.

Initial Consultation
Our Professional Architect or Interior Designer will visit your home.  Together we tour your home while listening to your wants, needs and ideas. We will discuss your homes current style and brainstorm different remodeling possibilities.

Investment Range Analysis
An Investment Range Analysis may need to be developed based on the needs and wants discussed on the initial consultation. This analysis will outline the investment range necessary to accomplish the desired remodeling project.  Reviewing the analysis in our office gives clients the opportunity to further interview our company and decide if we are the professional firm that you feel comfortable hiring to begin designing your project.

Design & Estimating Development
Should you choose to hire Golden Rule Remodeling & Architecture to begin designing your project we enter into a Professional Services Agreement.  Our Architect and Interior Designer create designs which sculpt your dreams within the agreed investment range.  Once you have approved a design an accurate estimate is calculated, along with construction documents and specifications.  To ensure a successful remodeling project and an enjoyable experience the Design Build process must follow these steps.  An accurate estimate simply cannot be calculated until professional designs have been created. 

Finalizing the Details
If you choose to hire Golden Rule Remodeling & Architecture to complete the construction portion of your remodeling project we begin drafting a schedule.  Your Designer will maintain excellent communication with you while we order necessary materials and prepare for your remodeling project!  Your Designer will introduce you to our Production team on a Pre-Construction Walk Through in your home.

Watching the Design Come to Life
Your Lead Carpenter will meticulously supervise the project from start to finish.  Your Architect or Interior Designer will visit your home throughout the project to say hello and see the progress!  Our Production Crew will leave you with a custom remodeled home that your family and friends can start enjoying immediately!

Final Walk Through
Your Designer, Lead Carpenter and Project Manager walk through the project with you to make sure that everything is of the finest craftsmanship and ready for you to enjoy for years to come!
