Initial Consultation
The initial consultation gives us the opportunity to explore the areas of your home you wish to remodel, listen to your issues or concerns, and brainstorm ideas together. We will discuss design style and the architectural character of your home. It is also important to discuss budget options at our first meeting so that we can make suggestions that are within a comfortable budget range. Our initial consultation is complimentary and gives you a chance to learn about our process so that you can decide if it is right for you
Design & Estimating
Some projects require design work before an actual estimate can be calculated. Our team will create designs based on your needs and budget and begin an estimate for your project. You will work closely with our decorator to select the perfect colors and finishes for your home.
Construction Phase
Once we have created a design that melds with the budget, we sign a construction agreement and begin prepping for production. We will present you with a schedule, order materials, coordinate trade partners and submit plans for permit, if necessary. Once construction has begun, you will have daily communication with your Lead Carpenter throughout the remodel.
Final Wrap Up
Upon substantial completion, we will walkthrough your remodel together and discuss the finishing touches so you can enjoy your new space for years to come.
